We provide quality, independent Valuation advice for a wide range of property types throughout the wider Waikato region, with a particular focus on office, retail and industrial uses, together with residential and lifestyle properties. We also provide insurance valuations across the range.
What made you choose this tenancy space, what works well here for your business?
The space Stark Property have created for us are perfect for our requirements. It provides modern, open plan space that given the level of amount of floor to ceiling glazing provides what we think is a pretty unique tenancy in Hamilton. The location gives us a good corner profile within the CBD, which we consider is important for any new business.
Tell us a bit about yourself and your business?
Silverton Alexander is a boutique Property Valuation firm based in Central Hamilton, having opened our doors at the beginning of 2017. Combined, we (Matt Silverton and Jeff Alexander – the two Directors) have in excess of 20 years Valuation experience (primarily in the Waikato market)
We both have young families, so are both enjoying the work/life balance that business ownership can bring.
What is your specialty?
More specialist areas of experience include Coolstore/Coldstore properties, Childcare Centres, Residential Investment Blocks and Subdividable Land as well as complex Compensation and Litigation issues.
Property Valuation is somewhat of an aging industry, so our aim is to be modern, agile and transparent in the services we provide.
